As Editorial Manager, I single-handedly engineered a switch from manual documentation processes to a DITA-based documentation flow that enabled the company to save money by single-sourcing documentation and help systems for related products. Documentation for some products was localized into more than fifteen languages, including Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
